Our firm was founded in 2004 as Tropical Taxes, llc and combined with Tropical Business Solutions in 2011 when the name was changed to reflect the merger.  We have prepared and filed thousands of tax returns and look forward to working with you. 

Our founder, Jerry Gaddis, is a native Floridian who developed his customer service orientation during a decade of working in the Walt Disney World theme parks. He also held finance positions in the world headquarters of both Universal Studios Merchandise and Royal Caribbean International. Mr. Gaddis believes in community service and currently serves on the board of directors for the United Way and on the District V Advisory Committee to the Monroe County Tourist Development Council   He is a Rotarian and an alumnus of Leadership Monroe County (Class XV).  For more on our founder, check out his bio on our Contact Us page.
